The revision phase of your website design is a collaborative one. It is where you can guide the design and request changes. For this process to work well, please follow the guidelines below.

1. You Can Submit Up To 2 Revision Rounds For Your Website

You have up to 2 revision rounds for your website (depending on your package) so please take the time to carefully review the website designs and make your edit requests as thorough as possible. Any additional revision will be charged at $150 per round.

2. Please Submit Each Round Of Revisions To Us In A Single Email or Document

Please make sure any attachments or photos are included, If you have large image sizes or a large number of images you can submit those into your Google Drive Folder that we have set up for you. It doesn’t work effectively to receive multiple emails with single edits or thoughts in each one, you must consolidate your thoughts carefully before hitting the “Send” button on your email.

3. Design Revision Requests

You may request changes to images, fonts, feature layout, and certain colour changes. Be aware that there are certain elements of the website design that may not be able to be modified due to best practice, responsive design protocol, and the website framework and structure.

4. Content Revision Requests

You can provide us with your suggested content to replace any draft content that we have put together. This will speed up the process and ensure greater accuracy on your new website.

5. Out of Scope (design) Requests

If you require additional web design features that are not part of your quoted website package, we may be able to add these at an additional charge. Also, if you are requesting excessive revisions, or change your mind, we may need to apply additional charges to cover the extra design time.

6. Self Edits Within The CMS

Don’t worry if you think of new edits later, you can easily make all your own changes once you have access to the Content Management System (CMS) of the website where you can make these yourself. Our support team is also here to assist you in learning how to do this. Once your website is completed you can book a WordPress introduction session with our designer.
